Stained Glass Window Butterflies

Tam Milledge·Teaching·1 minute read
Butterfly craft with tissue paper on classroom windows, creating a stained glass effect.

These make a great window display and don't require much prep at all! All you need is tissue paper, laminating pouches and glue sticks.

Cut the tissue paper into small squares. Print a plain a butterfly outline (or whatever outline you like- hearts would also work really well) on A4 paper. Cut the outlines out, leaving a bit of a border. Glue the outlines onto the inside of an A4 laminating sheet.

Students glue the tissue paper squares into the outlines.
