This pack is a fun visual resource for students to engage in yoga stretches to release tension, self regulate or use during Mindfulness activities. This poster and cards feature a Tiger engaging in various yoga poses, each pose with an explanation on how to get into that pose.
The second set of cards is a visual representation of each pose and can be used for various learning experiences. Students can engage in yoga poses, use these cards as a writing prompt or can describe the image using prepositional language.
There is a third set of cards that have dotted lines that can be cut along to create puzzle pieces.
