This is such a fun lesson to teach your students how to read analog and digital o’clocks with o’clock, half past and quarter to/past times as they become zookeepers in training!
Welcome students to the ‘zoo’ and explain that they are becoming zookeepers in training. Their job is to feed the animals at the zoo. There are 5 animals that they will be in charge of feeding. These animals are very fussy and like to be fed on time, so they will have a time sheet to keep them on track. The zookeepers need to watch the clock and feed their animal on time, otherwise they might get eaten!
