A fun and active way to practise collecting, tallying and interpreting data.
Students choose 4 colours to decorate their target (or use the pre-coloured target).
Each student records their colours in the tally table. As they take turns tossing counters or pom poms, they record tally marks for each colour they land on. At the end, they total the number of landings for each colour, then respond to simple comparison and inference questions.
