Are you teaching syllables? These colourful syllable picture cards and syllable sorting mats can be used to consolidate an understanding of syllables.
Some ideas for using these syllable cards:
- Sort into syllables using the matching syllable mats
- Count out the number of syllables using different manipulatives e.g. counters, loose parts, stones
150 task cards are included for words with 1, 2, 3 and 4 syllable words.
A word list for all 4 sets of words is also included.
