Are you looking for a hands-on task card activity for students to practice choosing the right subordinating conjunction? Each card shows a complex sentence split across two lines with a gap in the middle. Students select the correct conjunction and cover the gap with the matching band-aid cutout, or write their completed sentence on the recording template.
This resource includes two versions — one for each teaching sequence — so you can use whichever set of conjunctions your students are currently working with, or both across a unit.
