Split Digraph CVCe Word Task Cards - Real or Nonsense Decodable Words

Are you teaching students about split digraphs? You’ll love these interactive phonics task cards for introducing and consolidating split digraph knowledge and CVCe words!

Steps:

1. Students must read the 3-sound decodable word (CVC word or word with consonant digraph).

2. Add the ‘magic e’ flowers to the task cards to create a new split digraph word.

3. Record whether the new word is a real word or a nonsense word.
