Get students up and moving as they convert between quoted and reported speech in this fast-paced card game for partners or the whole class.
Players pick up a card, read it aloud, identify whether it uses quoted or reported speech, then say the sentence back using the other form. Get it right and keep the card - get it wrong and it goes to the bottom of the pile. Three sets of cards are included so the game can run across multiple groups simultaneously or be used across different sessions without repeating.

2 recording sheets: one for writing a quoted speech sentence and converting it to reported speech, and one for the reverse
