Sometimes the simplest ideas are the most effective! This place value craftivity is a great way to consolidate an understanding of teen numbers and other 2 digit-numbers through an engaging and collaborative class lesson.
Students absolutely love making these paper chains, and they make a great visual display that can be referred back to throughout future maths lessons.
All you need to do is print these labels, cut some coloured paper strips, and the kids will do the rest!
