This year's 2023 theme is For Our Elders. Saltwater Dreamtime has created an exclusive NAIDOC Week artwork for us.
Zac explains the themes of the artwork:
This NAIDOC Week artwork is all about overcoming challenges we face through the support networks we all have. The circular sections within that work represent groupings of people family, friends etc. The bold lines are all the challenges we all face at different times.
This year’s NAIDOC theme is For Our Elders, and within our community elders always play an important role in supporting and sharing knowledge, especially during difficult times.
