These activity cards allow students to explore addition and subtraction facts for 2 and 3-digit numbers. Students can use various mental strategies, such as split, jump or compensation strategy to solve the facts for the number in the middle. Included in this set are sheets with no numbers so students can create their own. Working with their peers, students will work mathematically to create and solve number sentences.
