Introduce angles where only one arm is visible with these teaching slides. Students find the vertex and the visible arm, then work out where the invisible arm is, using everyday examples like an open door, a boom gate and a student leaning forward. A Hidden Angles Hunt partner activity has students look for objects around the room where only one arm is visible, decide where the invisible arm would be, classify the angle and draw what they found.

What’s included:

  • Teaching slides covering angles, parts of an angle and finding the invisible arm

  • Worked examples

  • Hidden Angles Hunt partner activity with recording sheet
