Are you looking for a hands-on expanding noun groups activity that gives students structured practice rewriting sentences with numbers, adjectives, noun modifiers and prepositional phrases? Students print, cut and assemble a 3-flap flip book - opening each flap to practise a different expansion type using a shared base sentence.
Two versions are included, each with three flip books using different base sentences. Version 1 focuses on numbers, noun modifiers and adjectives. Version 2 focuses on numbers, prepositional phrases and adjectives. Both versions include an open-ended template for flexible use.
