Being able to identify emotions and understand different feelings is an important skill for children to have. This pack includes posters that can be used for students to identify with their emotions throughout the day and place their name on the relevant poster. There are also activity cards where students can brainstorm various strategies to be used when feeling a certain way and activity cards where students can reflect on why they are feeling a certain way and how to change that feeling in a positive way.
The emotions are: sad, tired, excited, worried, silly, happy, ready to learn, calm, angry and panicked.
