Students pick a card showing either a centimetre or metre measurement, plot it on the number line mat, and write the equivalent measurement in the other unit on the recording sheet. The wipe-and-repeat format means the activity can be used across multiple sessions with the full card set. Two number line ranges are included so you can match the mat to the card values being used.
