Are you looking for a low-prep way to help students work out missing CVCC and CCVC words in context, then practise handwriting by tracing the completed sentence? Students will consolidate early letter sound knowledge, phonics skills and early sentence conventions as they decode CVC words in the context of decodable sentences.
Students use the picture support and sentence context to figure out each missing word, then trace the full sentence to reinforce both decoding and letter formation.
