Are you teaching consonant sounds? These phonics clip cards will help to consolidate spelling knowledge of the consonant Y sound. This phonics game contains Y phoneme words and can be used in a variety of ways as a literacy center activity or spelling rotation:
  • Pick the correct grapheme (Choose between Y and I)
  • Pick the correct spelling
Students must select the correct grapheme or spelling choice and place a clip or counter on the correct spelling.

Over 40 words are so far included for the /y/ phoneme set.
