These ABCD slides are a simple way to incorporate formative assessment, and quickly check student understandings. They simply write A, B, C, or D on their whiteboards (or hold up a card) to show their answers.
Instructions for static slide:
- Insert picture
- Type 4 different spelling options
- Use as an informal formative assessment tool to gauge student understanding of a spelling pattern.
Instructions for animated answer slides:
Follow the same steps as the static slides, but use a mixture of the next four slides. The correct answer is in the notes section of PowerPoint. This box will pulse with the correct answer when the slides are in Slideshow Mode.
