High Frequency Word Worksheet - Print & Go Heart Word Activities BUNDLE
- Instant digital download
This pack of high-frequency word printables can be used as worksheets for phonics review activities, or placed in write and wipe mats to become literacy centers. These print and go worksheets have been updated to align with evidence-based practices by focusing on the SOUNDS not individual LETTERS. If teaching heart words, encourage students to identify the tricky part of the word and draw a heart over the top.
The following activity ideas are designed to be used only after students have already been explicitly taught the word and the ‘heart’ or tricky part of the word. These activities and games will then provide students with repeated exposure to the word, so that they can commit those words to memory.
