This download contains examples of the different activities that you could do throughout the week to target each of the skills – I’d recommend picking a few each day, and highlighting them as you cover them. That way, you can ensure you are covering all of the skills.
Some overview tracking sheets are also included. If you pick a few activities per day, you’ll have enough warm-ups to last you a few weeks.
