Phonics Teeth Brushing Template - Spelling Activity

This engaging phonics print and go activity is an engaging way for students to practise their high-frequency word or phonics knowledge.

Just write decodable words or high-frequency words onto the teeth template with a whiteboard marker, then brush off with a toothbrush!

Here are just some of the ways that you can use these templates:

• Writing simple decodable words (e.g. CVC words, CVCC words) - one sound per tooth
• Writing more complex decodable words and sticking to one sound per tooth e.g. ch-e-ss would use 3 teeth.
• Writing high-frequency words (one sound per tooth) and identifying the heart part of the word.
• Recording the sounds or syllables in words.
