Christmas Phonics Activities - CVCC & CCVC Word Mats

These Christmas for Kindergarten activities are a great kindergarten phonics game. Students will consolidate early letter sound knowledge and phonics skills as they use alphabet manipulatives to build CVCC and CCVC words using all 5 short vowel sounds.

This resource includes 3 different versions:

• 20 x full-sized mats with 5 words to a page- sorted by vowel sound (short a, short e, short o, short u and short i)
• Individual task cards-  100+ different CVCC & CCVC words
